BY ROAD
The Port Arcades is situated in the heart of Ellesmere Port Town Centre. Our postcode is CH65 0AP if you are using a Satnav system.

Alternatively, the Centre may be found quite readily by following the signs for ‘Town Centre’ from junctions 9 and 10 of the M53 or ‘Ellesmere Port Town Centre’ from the A55 and the A41. Signage for the Port Arcades can then be found at every major junction around the Town Centre.

BY BUS
Ellesmere Port Bus station is adjacent to the Centre and serves the Wirral, Chester, Liverpool, Cheshire and North Wales area.

BY TRAIN
The Port Arcades is a five minute walk from Ellesmere Port Railway Station on Whitby Road.

PARKING
There are approximately 2,000 spaces available in the town centre, all of which are arranged on a pay and display. The charges range from 50p for 2 hours up to £1.50 for all day parking and currently apply seven days a week between 8am and 3pm. There are no height restrictions, the car parks are single surface (no multi-storey), and are open 24 hrs per day.

All main car parks for the Centre can be accessed via Wellington Road and are owned and managed by Cheshire West and Chester Council.

There are three areas of Disabled Parking around the Centre;
1) Marina Drive to the North (16 spaces)
2) Civic Centre to the west (18 spaces)
3) The Main Shoppers Car Park to the South which sits between our main entrance and the Asda superstore (60 spaces).
